Description

The Newport ID-1.5 Iris Diaphragm is their largest iris in the ID line. This is an 18-leaf iris diaphragm. With infinitely variable aperture, you can control or collimate the light going through it. This allows a variety of options, such as controlling the beam diameter of a diffuse beam, as a varible baffle, or controlling the intensity of a beam. The minimum aperture is 2.4mm and it will open to 41.3mm. It will mount directly onto Posts, Pedestals or other 8-32 threaded components.
