Description

The Newport 562-XYZ ULTRAlign Precision Multi-Axis Positioning System is Newports top-of-the-line system. This 3-Axis stage is all stainless steel for exceptional thermal stability and features thermally-matched hardened steel crossed-roller bearings for superior linear performance. This stage is rated to carry up to 35 pounds and has 0.50" of travel in the X and Y axes, and 0.25" of travel in the Z axis. The Z axis stage is capable of translating as close as 0.031" to the work surface. The Newport SM-13 micrometer actuators shown in the photo are included in the price. This is the right-hand version of this stage.
