The Newport 461-XYZ-M ULTRAlign Precision, Integrated, Crossed Roller Bearing Stainless Steel Linear Stage is one of Newports flagship stages. Used extensively for Fiber Optic work, as well as other applications, the ULTRAlign series features crossed-roller bearings for smooth translation and high load bearing capabilities. The linear motion is rated by Newport at 100 micro-rad or less in any axis. This model is a 3-Axis model and the -M modifier means that the micrometers drive the stage from the center, as opposed to the -SM's which are Side Mounts. These are made from Stainless Steel for thermal stability and rigidity. The Newport SM-13 Micrometer Actuators are included in the price
