Description

This Davidson Optronics D-623-105 Calibration Wedges instrument has been factory set with a 50" deviation and is permanently set at that angle. Since it has no moving parts, it is considered to be a fixed standard. The wedge is made of BSC-2 glass and has a clear aperture of 3 inches. The grey aluminum alloy body has precision ground contact points so the wedge may be used in both Elevation and Azimuth applications. By placing this in the optical path of your autocollimator and mirror, you can observe and measure the deviation- which if all is well- will be 50" of deviation.
